April 21st was a beautiful sunny day in the Chicagoland area, and about twenty Slivkans took a trip to Skokie Sports Park and enjoyed some mini golf. Though the golf was mini, the fun was not.

Northwestern’s Dance Marathon 2013 raised over $1.2 million for the Danny Did foundation.

Slivkans had a nostalgic arts and crafts filled evening ironing colored beads into various designs (mostly pokemon).
Dance Marathon Flash Mob
Last year’s Dance Marathon participants demonstrated the ’30 hour dance’ at our house meeting yesterday to advertise registration for this year’s Dance Marathon. The main beneficiary this year is the Danny Did Foundation, supporting research and awareness of Sudden Unexpected Death in Epilepsy (SUDEP).
